Seven Ponds Farm is a heavenly spot way up in the Catskill mountains, with a dozen ponds and lakes, and pastures as long as the eye can see. Seven Ponds is the sister property of Blenheim Hill Farm, a well-known destination wedding venue with raving reviews.
