"Before the wedding, we had meetings over Zoom periodically to update Trang on our progress and create action items. During these meetings, she was a great listener and empathizer. As many brides now, it can be overwhelming and stressful to organize a wedding while balancing other life/work stress. It was nice to have someone see all that and say - I hear you.
