I really like to give each couple of mine one on one attention, starting with the tasting consultation, designing their cake and working with a budget they have in mind; as well, setting up time to meet with them prior to their wedding to make sure that I have all their information and details in place. After all it's not just a cake, it's the last meal of their wedding and it has to be memorable!
