I only take one wedding per date. When I'm working on your cake, that's my only focus. I'm not splitting attention across multiple weddings, the way other wedding cake bakeries do. I make and age my own double-fold vanilla extract for over two years. I handle all vendor coordination - florist communication, venue logistics, setup - and never outsource any step in the process of creating, baking, designing, or delivering your wedding cake.
