While I live outside New Orleans, I grew up and spent most of my adult life in the NE from New Jersey down to DC. I started my career working as a catering manager at a DC hotel where I quickly learned a lot of back of house components that go into every event. From there I moved into the non-profit world working at Smithsonian's National Zoo planning fundraising events for over 3,000 guests. There I became proficient in event logistics and quick thinking.
