I believe everyone deserves to enjoy the simple pleasure of delicious baked goods. Which is why I started this business with the intent of specializing in allergen friendly pastry. Both my partner and I are celiac (allergic to gluten), and I also have an allergy to dairy. So catering to this niche is important to me.
