Catering By Tracy was formed in 2007 in Charlotte, NC and exploded when we moved to Lake Norman in 2011. Weddings are our top catering event, along with corporate business, vacation rentals, birthdays, all events you are needing food for. We cook for 12 and go up to 500 Guests??
